Ordering
You may order from Sunset Hair Elements using one of three methods: online, telephone, or snail mail using a personal check or money order. Our office hours are 9a.m. - 5p.m. Mon.-Thurs. & 9a.m. - 4p.m. Fridays: Central time. You can mail a personal check along with your Name, Address, Telephone number, and what you would like to order to: Sunset Hair Elements, 554 Green Tree Cv., Ste 201, Collierville, TN 38017

Payment
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. To place an order with a credit card you must be the cardholder. If a credit card is denied, Sunset Hair Elements will notify the customer. If the customer is not contacted, the order will be canceled.

Payment by Check
Orders placed with personal checks, will be held until the check clears the bank. Money orders and certified bank checks will be processed immediately. All checks returned will be charged a $20.00 service fee. Orders will not be sent until funds are collected. Checks and money orders must be drawn on a US bank in US funds.

Shipping
We make every effort to process and ship your order promptly and correctly. Every order is inspected to ensure an accurate shipment. Should a shortage or unavailability of product cause an unexpected delay, we will notify you of the delay as soon as possible.

All Sunset Hair Elements products carry a 100% 45 day money back guarantee.

Holidays
Sunset Hair Elements will accept online orders, but is not open for business and will not ship orders on the following holidays:
Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Martin Luther King Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas, New Year's Day
